The breakfast had a good variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit.
The air conditioning in my room was making a concerning rattling noise all night. I asked about it, but nothing happened. i guess i just got used to it... or maybe i just stopped caring.

I appreciated the convenient location near the central station and Tivoli gardens. The staff was friendly and readily offered early room access when available. The breakfast selection offered a good choice of items. The room decor provided a modern and clean aesthetic.
The street outside could get a bit noisy at times. I noticed some noise from the corridor.

the location proved quite convenient. it was near the central station. the breakfast offered a varied selection. i found the staff very friendly and helpful.
the street outside was quite noisy at night. i heard people talking and cars passing until late. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool enough.

the hotel is in a very convenient location just steps from the center. the internet speed was excellent (i streamed movies without issues).
my room was quite cold upon arrival. i had to ask reception for a mobile heater to make it comfortable (the staff were quick to help). the shower design is flawed and the whole bathroom floods after each use.
